Beth oversees broker relations for Blue Vikings Capital LLC. As a real estate investor herself, Beth has redeveloped over $4M in single family homes. Beth is GP on 446 multifamily units in Houston, TX and an RV park in NE Ohio. She also holds equity in a hotel in Panama and is working on two development projects. Beth has been an entrepreneur for over 25 years, mastering the finance, marketing and the client relations needed to run a small business. Beth has an extensive background in home renovations and construction, with a passion for ensuring individuals and families have a safe, functional and loving place to call home.
